John, I hope this is not an intrusion into this thread. Here is my scratch built Walkers along
with another scratch built Dexter's building. Truth be known, I borrowed a friends Dexter's
Dead End kit as a reference for both models. George's Walker had those stairs down the
front  which brought more character to the structure.

Great looking build! It is not an intrusion - I welcome it and I know George loves it when his work gives inspiration to others.  Thanks for sharing.

Great looking layout, John!  A very interesting cluttered city look with nice changes in height.  Just the sort of look I love.

Cheers, Mark.

This week I decided to add three structures - the first is the Mt. Allen Trestle.  As you can see in the first picture George has placed one of his kit structures Mackenzie Milling at the foot of Trestle.

Finally for this week, since it's in the background of the trestle one of my favorite structures on the F&SM the Stone Roundhouse.  I took lots of photographs of this structure because it was a project on my workbench at the time of my last visit to the F&SM.  The structure was designed by Bob VanGelder and later became a South River Model Works kit.

For the next several weeks I'm going to concentrate on the structures in Franklin. I have a lot of work to do to organize the pictures and get ready so stay tuned.

Hi John.....just wanted to let you know (again!) that I, and I'm sure many others, really appreciate the effort and time you're taking to post all of these photos.  And I really like the way your doing it (ie: structure by structure).  Keep up the good work!
