It has always amazed me how much of this layout was built with that one wall of Victoria Falls Hotel. And yet every one looks different.

It also amazes me just how many of the Magnuson kits George used through out the layout. I'm sure he made rubber molds of the walls and then made plaster/resin copies.

They are all different as you say.

Some times the changes are very subtle.

Photo below of the bar and tobacco co. in 1987. Old street lamp and tree.



Same area below with no tree and new/modern street lamp and added utility poles. Blue fence to the right of tobacco shop is now gone as well.

Thanks for stopping by the thread - I'm always amazed at how many FSM Kit castings are in every scene.  The structure walls are used many times - always looking a little different.
