Good Morning Dan, What  am I going to do?! There still quite a bit of the layout to complete. I told Lou that that I'll see him back here in 4 years. Two reasons, The railroad will be done and then I will have to take it apart because we will be downsizing!!! At that point. I'll change scales to On30. Sounds terrible, doesn't it!. That's what happens when you get old.Yes, that is the F&SM hopper AND the Atlantic and Southern hopper on the back of the train in the foreground. Good observation. I'll be taking a bit of a break now that the photo session is done and back at it. Thanks for stopping by.

Good Morning Thom,

Thanks for your interesting words. Believe you me, that I have lots to do over the next four years, There are three major towns on the layout to do. Lots and lots of structures and even more. The steel mill complex will be a big undertaking. Need to plan a bunch firs. And East Orange and West Orange are going to be a bunch of buildings. So-o-o, stay tuned. I'll be back after a short break.

Good Morning Greg,

What publicity? Slthought the photos are taken, it could be two years before this reaches the newsstands. I have asked to be published in Great Model Railroads, so that could be even longer. We shall see. In the meantime, planning will start soon for the rest of the layout. There are three large areas to design, construct and build, so I'll be posting quite a bit. Thanks for stopping by.

Okay guys,

House chores are done, at least for the moment. The following pictures represent some of the scenes that were taken. They may not be exactly as Lou took them, but they give you an idea. These pics are only a few that were taken. I lost track of many of them, so you will have to do with my memory and what I like. Enjoy.

Thom,

Thank you for your kind words. Don't get to carried away, I might not be able to get my head thru the door to the train room. Lou shot an overall that I liked so I will post it. I think this is the general area that he shot, less "your truly" in the picture. There are still three towns off in the distance that need scenery and structures, but that is a future story or two.

Frank,

Love the pictures! I'm surprised Lou didn't shoot any pictures of Yakama apples. I think those two scratch builds are up there with the SRMW kits.

Very well done my friend.

Tom,

Thank you for your kind words about Yakima Apples. Lou did take a picture somewhat like the attachment. He took 14 pictures in total and i don't really remember the details because I was in and out several times. I think that he would have kept on taking pictures given the time. He loved the details.

I agree, Yakima Apples turned out very well. Yours will also once I get my head back into it. Currently, I am taking a brief break. Keep up the wonderful work on the A&S.

All I can say Frank ....

Donato,

Thank you for stopping by and looking at my build. I like your simple, but large expression.  I don't know where you find these, but they are great. I am taking a bit of a hiatus from the railroad to work on some house chores. I kind of neglected some things the last couple of weeks and the boss has been on me. Have a great weekend.
