Howdy Philip, thanks for your comment.  It had the threshold pieces, which I promptly broke by removing them from the peel-and-stick backing.  Those are some tiny pieces. ~mike

Howdy folks,

Curt, Rick, Philip, and Jeff, thank you for your comments and for following the build. It was a fun build.  I purchased a matching coach version to build in the future.

Have fun,
mike

Mike great job on the combine; the whole thing looks great including the commercial decals.

It looks wonderful Mike; I love it when a project has so much character  ;) ... it could go to work immediately, and be right at home.......

Howdy folks,

I need more boxcars for the layout, so I purchased Mount Blue Models' O scale 22' boxcar with interior, #25b.  This is not a shake-the-box kit with simple ends, sides, top, and bottom, but it is crafted in Mount Blue style with loads of detail.

Here is a manufacturer's photo of the completed car.

Breakout of the many parts.

The kit looks to be a lot of fun, so away we go...

Have fun,
mike

Great looking kit.  Seems a bit harder to assemble than an Athearn "shake the box" one.  :)
