This is the final photo (for now) of the industrial car.  It looks weird to me without a brake wheel, so that may appear in the future.

Thanks for your comment, Curt.  The poor Texas workers painted the car with a stencil and didn't know how to spray under the strap, so they just painted it on top of it...
