Good Morning,

Rick thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Great you finally got to see a bear. What a gorgeous photo!
As usual the weather people over estimated the storm so just some rain and very little wind; fine by me.

Curt sounds like a busy household for awhile. Sometimes old folks think stuff will just go away if ignored; sadly it doesn't work that way. Hope you get some quality modeling time.

Mike enjoy your day.

Karl hope the winds aren't too bad.

Dave hope the "pick up/put away" goes well.

Jerry next week is fine.

Tom have fun with the grass.

What are you doing today.

It's a sunny 62 with a high of 80 in New York. The roof and new front porch is finished and it looks great. Been a busy morning so not sure about the rest of the day.

Good morning Rick, Curt, Mike, Karl, Dave, ACLTom, Larry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Rick, great bear video.  Enjoy your relaxing day.

Curt, Glad you caught your dad's infection before it got too bad.  I'm starting to think that the older we get the more stubborn we become.  Looking forward to the boiler update.

Mike, hope you make it upstairs.

Karl, enjoy your day.

Dave, hope the pick-up/put-away goes well for you today.

Tom, glad you are feeling better.

Larry, you must be glad the renovations are finished.

Currently 14c (58f) and cloudy here, I think fall has arrived.  No modeling again last night as I ended up working late again.  If the engineering firm involved didn't take so long getting answers from questions back to us, I wouldn't be in this situation.  I usually have Friday's off but I get to work this one.  At least I'm working from my home office.  Hopefully some modeling this evening.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning from chilly Wisconsin, the high today may get to 60f degrees!

Rick, VB was a struggle on campus last night but the Badgers beat UC-Davis in 3 sets. The 1st 2 sets could easily have gone the other way. They definitely have talent but need to play better together. Coach needs to figure out his rotations and he will. Lots of young talent. They no longer though have the supreme height advantages they have had the last 6-8 seasons which could make up for some mental errors. They will be a very good but not great team when the NCAA playoffs begin. Another trip to campus tonight

Post office this morning and then...

Thanks guys, I'm very happy with the porch. The cedar shake gable will be clear coated. The posts and such will be stained but not until next summer so the pressure treated lumber gets a chance to dry out. I also have to fix my front yard; probably next week.

Morning all,

Breakfast is ready. Today we have whatever you have a taste for, just help your self. Of course, I also have fresh Fl. OJ, coffee and tea.

The Judge is coming over this morning to run trains. We have some work to do on a couple locos.

The yard work went very smoothly yesterday. I had a nice sea breeze out of the east and I only took two breaks as opposed to the 5-06 I normally take when doing the yard work.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Oh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SLIM (Bill Satore of Micorlumina).

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Started out with a walk at 76F with higher humidity. So much for cooling down over the next 4 days.

I'm not sure what's on the agenda today since MOH isn't here to tell me what's important! ;D I did get MOH's car checked for her trips. They made good time going to Sarasota even though it was I-4 and I-75 on a Friday rush hour.

I've flapped my gums enough this morning.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Morning Gents,

Tom thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Have fun running trains.

Curt I'll take a second cup-o-joe. I'm sure you'll find something to do with yourself today.

What's your plans for the day.

It's a rainy 60 with a high of only 65 in New York. Looks like an all day rain event so I doubt my Contractor will show up to work on the back roof. Hopefully some bench time today. Not much else going on here.

Have a great day!!! Be well and stay safe.

Good morning ACLTom, Curt, Larry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfasts Tom and Curt.

Tom, have fun running trains with the Judge, hope the locomotive work is easy.

Curt, sounds like your next few days are free, maybe some modeling time?

Larry, the porch looks great.

Jerry, I don't work for free anymore  ;D

Currently 13c (55f) and overcast.  After working yesterday I did spend some time at the bench and made progress on the pile bents.  I even found time to post an update.  More work today and then I should be caught up with that.  after that I'll watch the F1 qualifying and start adding the gazillion NBW castings on the pile bents.

Have a great day everyone.
