Tom, hope Pam enjoyed the practice. Congrats on so much time at the bench.

Philip, interesting find on the TCS decoder.

Larry, congrats on the On18 purchases.

Dave, hope the doctor's appointment went well.

Karl, thanks for the cool photo of the Widgeon.

Ron, congrats on the turnout installation.

Jerry, that's some Texas weather up there.  Stay cool.

How is the rest of the crew?

I think it is cloudy out and headed to 91F this afternoon.  Rain tonight.

Today is filled with more 1:1 stuff.  Oil change this morning, drop a package at UPS, wash Sharon's car and go to Daughter's for supper tonight.

Have fun,

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Mike. Have fun at your daughter's tonight.

Yesterday I really overdid it outside. Even after enlisting my son's help I did too much. My body is still sore from yesterday. We ended up working outside for several hours. Of course I ran out of stucco patch with about 4 inches to go! >:(
Today I have filter cleanings and several errands to run and also finish the stucco so it can get painted.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good Morning,

Mike thanks for the coffee and breakfast this morning. Sounds like a busy day ahead.

Philip seems like errands are never ending. Sometimes I don't know how I managed to
fit work in my schedule.Lol.

Curt don't overdue on the 1:1 stuff; there's always tomorrow, says the retired guy.

What's your plans for the day.

It's a cloudy 67 with a high of 82 in New York. Leaving shortly for a Chiropractors apt; time to
get the neck cracked again. After that maybe some bench time; we'll see. Not much else going on here.

Have a great day!!! Be well and stay safe.

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Mike. However, Pam is taking me for the senior special at IHOP. Three scrambled eggs and two pancakes.

Curt, I feel your pain in work in the yard for several hours. The sun and humidity did a number on me Sunday.

Pam had a good day at bowling practice. She was consistent and I was all over the place. One good game and tow under average. My timing was off from not bowling for 10 weeks.

Trainshed time later today.

Have a great day and be safe everyone.

Good morning everyone.

Bancroft, ID weather: Sunny, with a high near 91.
At least it's bout 10 degrees cooler than SLC.

Mike, thank you for the coffee and breakfast.
I guarantee your oil change will cost MUCH less than mine did.

ACLTom, enjoy your breakfast out and you'll get your timing back.

Larry, hope the chiropractor visit goes well.

Curt, try not to overdo it today.

Philip, get the errands done and then head to the bench.

Jerry and Ron, any thoughts on the big news at Red Bull this morning?

Karl, good shot of an interesting plane.

Dave, hope it was all good news at the doctor.

Made it safely back to Idaho.
Found a real nice spot to stay.
Just going to hang out here today and take a walk with Star later.
Also have a video I need to work on and post.

My view yesterday at camp.

Well, Doc says "Everything's fine but your A1C.  You need to cut back more on carbs."  (My Dr is also diabetic, so he knows how hard that can be...)  I fiddled a bit with the main drive shaft, but decided the piece of steel I was going to use was the wrong diameter.  Thankfully, Amazon can deliver a set of steel wire in different diameters next day...   I want a relatively good fit on the pulley holes, even though I'm not planning to actually run this.  If the pulleys are wobbly, it won't look right.

Cloudy today, but about 15 degrees cooler than yesterday, so That's A Good Thing.  Tomorrow's high would be chilly by Florida standards, only 71 predicted.

Good morning Mike, Philip, Curt, Larry, ACLTom, Rick, Dave and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Mike, enjoy dinner with your daughter.

Philip, enjoy your day.

Curt, at our age over doing things is a very real problem, hopefully the body aches goes away real soon.

Larry, hope the visit to the chiropractor goes well.

Tom, Have fun in the train shed.

Dave, hopefully the new wire comes soon and you can continue on with the drive shaft.

Rick, not really surprised as I thought it would of happened at the end of last season with all the big names leaving the team.  What surprised me was the timing, not very often when the team principal is let go during the season.

Currently 22C (72F) here and cloudy, at least there is no rain in the forecast today (rain tonight though).  I did make it downstairs last night but didn't work on the layout as mt 3D printer arrived.  Spent last night setting it up, connecting it to the Wi-Fi, updating the firmware and downloaded the slicing software.  Tonight's plan is to run a couple of test prints.

Have a great day everyone.

8) Hazy bright sun and chilly, 50s early, 60s now maybe 70 later.

After tearing up the brand new sign at the entrance into our association drive a semi truck with supplies for the cabin kit house next to us has his rig up in our semi improved 2 track on the N branch of the T. There was supposed to be a No Semis agreed to when the build was planned. The year around neighbor that maintains the road ended up calling and the State Police came out and negotiated a cash settlement for the sign with the truck driver. He still needs to get out w/damaging anything more. Really long backwards movement. Bone heads abound in truck cabs. With all the construction this year there have been a great number of failures to stop and running up on stopped vehicles, several fatal, in Michigan  :-\  cell phones and DWHUA....recently read af over 100 drivers losing their CDLs for not being able to grasp rudimentary English.

Waiting now for the internet cable crew due this afternoon to lay in the fiber. Hookup coming Saturday. What a treat that will be.  :o

That's all from the swamp.

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Started out the day with a walk at 76F and high humidity. I saw a golden colored full moon while out. I don't know if it has a special name or not.

Yesterday I ran the errands and finished the last of the stucco patching. I'll do the paint touch up tomorrow. Today is floors day. At least it's inside.

It looks like we're skunksitting 4 skunks for 2 weeks while the owner goes on vacation. It starts this weekend.

Happy belated birthday Mike.

Greg I almost fell out of my chair when I saw you posting on your layout thread! ;D

I hope everyone has a good day.
