An early quarterly doc appt tomorrow for me. 0745am Oh fun!

PRR Modeler

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Started out the day with a walk at 57F and clear. Yesterday I glued the white metal details to the Foundry walls and started on the structure parts of the sand pit. It goes under the front corner of the foundry.

Today after chores I'll continue on the kit. Dad is on a senior excursion and MOH is at a school skunk meet and greet for the kids. She'll be at a different school Thursday.

That's it for me today.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Chilly but sunny, winds have died down a bit.  36 at 8:15.  Today's an open day, so I should make more progress on the machine shop.  Late yesterday, I glued the 2nd story ceiling piece in place.  Today's goal will be to get the window castings glued into the acrylic.

Morning Gents,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Enjoy progressing on your kit.

Dave gave fun with the windows.

What are you up to today.

It's a cloudy 36 with a high of 39 in New York; tomorrow it starts warming back up into the 40's...we'll take it. Not sure about today since I'm waiting for a few details to show up; may start on the diorama itself. Not much else going on here yet but I'm sure I'll have the preverbal "Honey do" list for the upcoming holiday.

Have a great day!! Be well and keep warm.

Good morning folks,

Curt, thanks for opening, coffee, and breakfast.  Have fun at the bench.

Dave, the foundry is looking terrific.

Larry, yikes, the honey-do list looms.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's another nice day at 38°F, headed to 74°F this afternoon.  Most of the day will be spent working upstairs.

Have fun,

Larry best to get a heads up on the "honey-to-do-list!!"

Mike have fun upstairs.

Weather in South Jersey is sunny/36.  Later on 48.
Few errands to do this morning kinda like a "honey-to-do-list!
Then maybe an hour or two at the bench later in the day.

Your all invited for cake and other beverages later this afternoon for my 84 year  here on earth!!  ;D

Everyone have a wonderful day!!  :)

Dave, thanks for asking. Luckily, with God's grace, the fluid extracted on Friday did not show signs of infection. Biopsy was benign. For that we are blessed.

The pain continues though. Further appts coming up to discuss the  next step. Possible second revision of that hip joint.

It gets disheartening to see the one you love in constant unrelenting pain.Growing old is not for sissies.

All prayers gratefully accepted.

TomO, back home again?

I only drove about half way to Kingman.
Wanted to stop and camp at a spot outside of Bullhead City that has interesting rock formations.
Wasn't planning on a hike yesterday, but since Karl posted it was National Hike Day, Star and I did 3 miles on the OHV road I'm parked next to.

A pano from yesterday's walk.
