G Morning crew!

Thanks for the coffee Rick! Hope you get settled in soon!

Storm and flash floods yesterday in the lower Blue River areas (Lil Indian Creek) in Lanesville, IN.
Just across the river propane tank invasions!

Heading to the funeral home today. One of Gena's friends passed away at 93. :(

I'll be mowing today after this mess dries out.

Have a great day!

Good morning everyone,

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Rick, hope the closing goes well.

Current weather is 22c (72f) and raining with thunderstorms later today.  No modeling last night as I didn't feel like it.  We shall see what tonight brings.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning All,

Second time today.

Thanks for opening and breakfast Rick. Good luck today. Yes, I'm getting the kit from Terry.

Started out with a walk at 76F and moderate humidity. Just got back from Dad's Cardiologist appointment. Now killing time until I meet up with Terry.

Tomorrow morning is free but the afternoon is full with Dad's appointments. After that he's taking me out to supper because the rest of the family will be at SeaWorld.

Philip those look very good. My only suggestion would be to darken the wood just a touch.

That's about it this way.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning all! 75f degrees heading to 92. Severe storms arriving around 2 with tornados likely! Sounds like the snow scare events in winter but radar pretty much confirms it will be nasty. Heading your way Karl though my radar window now is only 6 hours usually our bad crap, you see 3-4 hours later.

Best to you at the closing Rick. Should be all happily done by time you read this.

Usually we travel the USA by car. But Terry's health while greatly improved still isn't the greatest. 6/30 we head to Pasadena via United! If we need a car I'll rent one but we found Uber is actually pretty reasonable. Other than my sister in Pasadena the plan is seeing both Presidential Libraries for Nixon and Reagan. San Diego is to see the model railroad and from there to my brother's place in Vegas. His house closes on 8/1 and wants some help moving his office. He has not picked a new mainland destination but has narrowed it down to a condo on the strip or a condo in Scottsdale, Ar. He is going to the cardiologist today for clearance to fly as they are both desperate to get back to Maui. They both miss the water! The trip will be about 3 weeks but subject to adjustments as always. There is no return flight booked

Enjoy the day

Morning everyone

Rick thanks for the coffee & breakfast.
Good luck at the closing.
Beautiful picture this am.

Larry hope your computer light goes out without a problem.

Mike looking forward to the update.

Karl your bridge is looking great.

Philip that's a real mess there.
Barrels look good with the whiskey plugs.

TomO sounds like you have a nice trip planned.

Morning Ron.

Curt bet you can't wait to get your hands on that kit!!

Weather in South Jersey is cloudy/78.  Later 87.
It's till to cool at the beach here.
No bench time yesterday hopefully today there will be some.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

My 24 hour moratorium from reading/computer time is over.  Eye #2 went better than the first eye, but I need different reading glasses than what I bought after Eye #1.

It is the afternoon to spend time in our "safe spot". Tornado warning sirens went off at 1:50 popping up from basically no where though we knew severe storms were heading our way. It's been 27 minutes so far and the warning is till 3.

Daughter texted the school district is in a weather lockdown but the High School has no power and operating on generators.

Glad this eye Dave is reacting better than the 1st one did!

Thanks Jerry. We do enjoy our trips but no wandering the back roads this trip

Rick

TomO, please stay safe.
You too Karl if it's headed your way.

Closing went smoothly.
Spent big bucks at Costco and Walmart.
Now after I have my afternoon coffee I need to wash everything.
Got the recliner too and brought it in the house without any issues.
Star was very confused and didn't like it when I left the house to get more stuff out of the van.
But she seems more relaxed now and has found a corner in the living room to lay down.

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Slowly starting the day here. According to my fitbit I had an excellent night's sleep.:) Yesterday Dad had his Cardiologist appointment and now needs to get an Echo because of worsening shortness of breath on exertion. His pacemaker (demand style) is now working almost continously also. Afterwards I met up with Terry and had a great conversation and I have a great new kit to build. ;D

Today after chores I need to do some basic pool maintenance and take books back to the library. After that I'll take my first look at the kit and instructions. MOH will be at SeaWorld today and on her way to SC tomorrow.

I hope everyone has a good day.

0730. Still no power. Power Co says 9 pm maybe.

Weather guy says 90o+ with storms again late in the day.

I'm sure it will be a long day.

Stay safe.

Rick

Good morning everyone.

67 now, some light rain this morning and a high of 78.

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
Sorry about Dad's condition and hope something can be done to help.
Have fun with the new kit.

Karl, glad you are OK and hope the power comes back on sooner than 9PM.

Dave, how are the new glasses?

TomO, hope there weren't any issues with the storm and that you are safe.

Jerry, anything new?

Ron, feel like modeling yesterday?

Philip, barrels look good and hope there's no flooding by you.
Leaking propane tanks!  :o

Mike, how's the new glasses?

Larry, hope the car is running well.

How's everyone else?

Slept poorly last night.
Acid reflux was bothering me which is rare and no changes with my diet so don't know what caused it.
A nap later for sure.
Got lots done yesterday and there's more to do today.
Lots of places to change my address.
Star is getting adjusted.
Gym later this morning.

A record breaking come from behind win for the Knick's last night.

One more from the Good Earth Park

Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Sorry to hear about your Dad; hope everything works out for him. Have fun "cracking open" the new kit.

Karl so sorry to hear about your power. Maybe a good day to hang out in the basement. Hope your power comes back on sooner than later. Hang in there.

Rick enjoy your nap later and it's great Star is getting adjusted to the new place already.

What's your day going to be like.

It's a muggly 73 with a high of 86 with rain probably before noon. Hopefully we won't end up like Karl. Filling the Buick up with gas shortly then do some more driving. Picking up the Escape this afternoon since that's passed inspection then having my Mechanic check the Buick; fingers crossed it's met the requirements. Zero bench time yesterday and most likely none today either.

Have a great and safe day!! Try and stay cool and be well.
