Accudentally deleted some pix, so we fast-forward past applying the roofing material. I use BEST roofing strips battered and distressed with a sanding stick.

Had to attach the darkroom prior to mounting the roof. Anyone with photo experience knows a darkroom needs good ventilation, so I drilled a few holes for roof-mounted fixtures, gave it an inkahol wash, and installed.

Oh...first added internal bracing to prevent future sagging. The roof, not me. That train left the station. 🤪

Dave,

Are you trying to tell us that you have some special anti-aging DNA?

I have been following (even though I haven't commented for a while) and it is going together very nicely, like your color combo, and the contrast between the store front and the rear addition.  Adding lots of ventilation for the darkroom is a nice touch of realism.

Thanks, Jerry...feels good to be back at it after a week AWOL.

By the way, if I don't include text with a pic it doesn't let me post, yet I've seen others do it. Is there a bypass?

It's good to see you back at your workbench - it should be very therapeutic after the week you just had. The build looks great.

Thanks for stopping in, John. I'm just fine...feel badly for Gabby, my student, though. Your tower is coming along beautifully... looking forward to more interior pix!👍🏻

Can't say enough about how much I'm enjoying this build. Many thanks to Doug for a great kit! I finally got around to ordering this one...
