Warm, 70s going to 80s.  Made it to 880 yesterday.  We MAY get some rain.  Or not... ::)

OPS went well, ran several switching moves thru out the day.

Up and getting going for an early PT session.  Little to add.

Nice looking camp site, Rick.  Enjoy.

Morning all,

Enjoy the hike Rick. Stay safe as well.

I'll leave breakfast to someone else. I was up and got an early hair cut. We have bowling practice today at noon and a few errands to run prior to that.

Our nephew was here last week after spending two weeks in Ireland. He brought Emee a doggie scarf.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Tom

Emee started sitting up as a puppy. Pam taught her to smile. Emee is now two+ years old. She is a long hair Chihuahua.

Good Morning,

Rick I guess you are up early and nice camping spot.

Tom what a cute pooch and quite the "ham". Hope you bowl well.

Karl hope the PT goes well and is helping.

OK the morning beverages are ready and breakfast is either assorted doughnuts and/or muffins.

What are your plans today?

It's a sunny 71 with a high of 93 in New York; too damn hot. Taking Ellie for a dental apt. this afternoon then stopping @ Subway for dinner. Maybe some bench time? Also trying to sort out a Star Trek simming issue on my ship.

Have a great day!!! Be well and stay safe.

Emee is a real cutie!

Our dogs are at the groomer today, so the house is unnaturally quiet.  I'll probably get some more work done on the lighting today, particularly if the LED-reading multimeter arrives early.  I need to figure out the wiring harness, particularly where I'll run the wires underneath the structure and then run something down to the layout 12v bus.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for opening.  Hope you enjoyed your hike.

Karl, glad the OPS went well.  Hope PT wasn't too painful.

TomACL, cute Emee, and scarf.  Hope bowling was enjoyable.

Larry, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.  I was getting thirsty and hungry.  Good luck to Ellie.

Dave, good luck with the lighting.

Jerry, hope you have a great time at the beach.

Philip, have fun.

Ron, hope you make it downstairs tonight.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's another overcast day with rain on the way and a high of 84°F.

I finished painting stone last night, but I don't like the color of the concrete work, it's too dark and near the color of the stone.  I'll revisit the concrete colors today.

Lodge this afternoon.

Have fun,
mike

Rick

Good morning everyone.

Sunny and a high in the low 80's here in my corner of Washington.

Coffee, sodas and OJ are ready.
Pancakes with fresh picked thimbleberries (wild raspberries) for breakfast today.
Fresh churned Wisconsin butter and real Michigan maple syrup to go with it.
Also sides of crispy bacon and sausage.

Mike, I'm sure you'll get the concrete color right.

Ron, did you make it downstairs yesterday?

Jerry, how was the beach?

Dave, multimeter show up?

Larry, hope it was a painless dental visit for Ellie.

ACLTom, what a great picture of Emee.
Pam did a great job of teaching her to smile.

Karl, PT helping?

Curt, I lost track of you.
Are you back home?

Greg, how's work so far this week?

Philip and James, what's new?

Star and I did our 7.7 mile hike up to the top of Abercrombie Mountain that also included 2,352' of climbing.
Getting to the trailhead and back again to camp was a mess.
On the way there Google gave wrong directions.
Had to look in my trail guide book to get the right directions.
Then I still managed to make a wrong turn and had to backtrack.
Started the hike much later than I wanted.
On the way back GPS took my on the most roundabout way that added many miles to the trip.  :-\
Heading back to Spokane today.

View from the top of the mountain yesterday looking north into Canada.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning,

Rick thanks for the coffee and breakfast; never heard of that berry before. Ellie's visit went well but she's going to need 3 front teeth capped so they don't split; can you say "$$$$$$$$$$". Beautiful photo and I can't imagine getting turned around on a hike; glad you made it back to camp ok. So you could see Canada...aye. Could you see Ron's house from there?

What's your plans for the day.

It's a cloudy and light rain @ 73 with a high of 83 in New York. After being in the lower 90's the pst few days that'll be a welcomed change. Taking it easy today with the bench in my near future.

Have a great day!!! Be well and stay safe.

PRR Modeler

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Rick. Beautiful photo. Talk about lost, you should of seen us going thru Charlotte!

Started out the day with a walk at 78F. It was tough after a week of no extended walking. We made it home around 1230 yesterday. I had my first decent sleep last night in a week.

Today is floors and after that I plan on watching the 2 episodes of Alien Earth. I was in bed before they started last night.

Friday the AC people are coming to install the new thermostat (part of new package) and to figure out what size filter we need. The ones they delivered are too big, also Dad flies back Friday evening.

I sent emails to Craig and Brett requesting the status of the kit I ordered. Craig has responded that he was out of town but the kit would be shipped by Friday. :)

I hope everyone has a good day.

Heading to the beach later meeting some friends that are up here from Florida.
