Good morning everyone.

Sunny and 77 later today in Lake Havasu City.

Coffee, sodas, OJ and hot chocolate are ready.
Huevos Rancheros for breakfast today.

Larry, your daughter shouldn't have to worry about started the car now for a long time.

TomO, was the weather prediction correct?

Philip, sorry your rivets fell off.

Mike, hope you were able to squeeze in some derrick time.

Ron, best wishes for a speedy recovery for your wife.

Jerry, what's happening?

Karl, did you get that new remote?

ACLTom, I don't mess with electricity either.

Curt, my previous best distance was 16 miles that I did twice.

How's everyone else doing?

I did set a new PB for hiking distance.
We did 18.57 miles and 1,644' of EG.
Needless to say, but today will be a rest day although I feel pretty good.

This is a picture from this past weekend of DeShell and Star.

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Rick. Congratulations on your PB. Lovely photo.

It's starting out in the 50's here today going into the 70's. I never made it to the workbench yesterday. The Costco trip was more than $$$ :-*.

Today is floor day then I have 2 repair jobs. The first is replacing the pool filter canister that developed a Crack that I tried fixing with JB WELD that was unsuccessful. SIL will help with that because in another life he was a pool repair guy. The second is the front door electronic lock needs replaced. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't (I changed the batteries). Fun times indeed.

I looked at the initial layer of ground cover on the base and it looks like crap to me. I went against my better judgement and did it like the instructions said, instead of my normal way. Oh well, I'll make it work.

That's all that's happening this way.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Morning Gents,

Rick thanks for the coffee and breakfast. That was quite the hike! You're a better man than I. Have to say Star looks right at home with your grand daughter.

Curt good luck getting the scenery to your liking; I'm sure you'll figger it out.

What's on your plate for the day.

It's at 28 with a high of 38 in New York. The white crap is coming down as I write this transitioning to rain? Nothing like a "mix bag" to make life interesting. Taking Ellie into town early afternoon to pick up some "stocking stuffers" then the shopping is DONE. Wrapping starts this weekend....this is going to be a tough one as this will be the first time I don't have my "little buddy" to help....oh well. Maybe some bench time this am since it has eluded me the last 2 days.

Have a great day!! Be well and be careful if you're dealing with the white crap.

Morning all, seizing the day. looks like a provisional run sometime...old mother hubbard....

Great photo Rick! Yeah, I changed resin to ABS and find myself redoing support structures. With the new thicker resin the bonding had increased and the extra supports are no longer necessary. 4 prints and 4 failures yesterday. Sucks.

Have fun with the repairs Curt, at least the weather is fair!

When you posted Larry I thought 4000 which isn't unusual with new cars. My neighbors Suburban transmission was 3000. Insane prices on a rebuilt item! That is cheap compared to a Nissan Altima.

Out!

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Rick. The photo of Star and DeShell is nice. They both look very comfortable.

Bowling yesterday was nothing exciting. We split 4-4 and I only averaged 186 for the three games.

Electrician comes at 10 this morning, if on time.

Curt, the joys of home ownership.

Larry, the joy of helping a daughter.

I hope to get more work on the Doc Koontz thread, again, if possible. We have a dinner engagement late this afternoon.

Have a safe and warm day everyone.

Tom

Good Morning;

I agree, Star looks very happy tucked in. Rick thanks for breakfast, I am getting to second cup of coffee.

It is OK here in Florida, gray but in 60's. With my better half off on a girl vacation I am finding it hard getting going or finishing anything. However need to get moving. Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for opening, coffee, and a fantastic breakfast.  Wow, what a hike!  Love the photo.

Curt, good luck with the ground cover.

Larry, hope you enjoy the shopping.

Philip, good luck with the ABS resin.

TomACL, good luck with the electrician.

Jim, hope you enjoy the free time.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's overcast and cold this morning.  Yesterday was our 178th annual election and installation of officers at lodge.  We had a great time. I didn't make it to the bench, just paperwork.  I still need to return all the empty decoration boxes to the garage.  That will take priority this morning.  This afternoon, the bench?

Have fun,
mike

Sort of on the schmutzy side this morning. Just home from appointment with the hearing aid guy, 6" of wet goo. Rain/snow mix and the county North of me doesn't have any compulsion to plow the snow.

I need to replace a shear pin on my snow blower then get to work on the slush :P

Be well all.

ACLTom, hope the electrician's bill was reasonable.
Someone did a beautiful job painting that graffiti on that tank car.

Philip, anything good planned for today?

Curt, pool filter and front door fixed?
I know you'll get the scenery looking great.

Larry, working on more details.

How's the rest of the crew doing?

Not much happened here yesterday.
Today will be another hike.
Much shorter one this time.
I'll start making my way back slowly to the family afterward.
